HF-120-C Screened Cable
Hi-Flex 120-C screened data cables are designed to last even in the most hostile chain or free movement applications. The HF-120-C copper braid screen protects the signal from EMI while the TPE insulation supports the highly flexible conductors. Abrasion is reduced to a minimum by using a polyurethane low friction sheath. For maximum life Hi-Flex Data cables should not be exposed to torsional stresses or twisting.
- Low friction polyurethane sheath for abrasion resistance
- Fleece tapes and talcum to strengthen the core bundle
- Tinned copper wire braid, protection from EMI
- Wide range of sizes
- For flexing applications
HF-120C-TP Paired Screened Cable
The Hi-Flex twisted pair data cable is ideally suited to mechanically challenging data transmission applications. The tough Polyurethane jacket is cut and abrasion resistant, while being unaffected by many solvents and oils. The tinned copper braid screen copes well with frequent flexing and at the same time maintains signal integrity by minimising the efforts of electromagnetic interference.
- Low friction polyurethane sheath for abrasion resistance
- Fleece tapes and talcum to strengthen the core bundle
- Tinned copper wire braid
- Wide range of sizes
- For flexing applications
HF-265 PUR Encoder Cable
Used for precise data transmission, these cables meet the specific requirements of automation control gear manufacture. Fine copper wire strands with high performance insulation and sheathing materials make them ideal for regular flexing applications including use in cable chains where cut and abrasion resistance is vital.

HF-275 PUR Servo & Feedback Cable
Cables combining control, signal and power cores are now commonly used in industrial automation. Fine copper wire strands with high performance insulation and sheathing material make them ideal for regular flexing applications. A wide variety of core combinations are manufactured as standard but please call us to discuss your specific needs. We are constantly increasing the standard range and will produce special designs for low minimum order quantities.

Hi-Flex HF-100 Unscreened Cable
Abrasion on cables that are constantly flexing is becoming a much more widespread problem. To overcome this, FS Cables have introduced the HF-100 range of polyurethane sheathed cables which will outlast conventional PVC sheathing.

Industrial Ethernet cable
Through the use of Category 5E style cables Industrial Ethernet provides a stable platform for linking automation systems and workstations. They are also suitable for interlinking different Bus protocols such as Profibus and Interbus.
The use of finely stranded conductors and PUR sheathing compounds makes them ideal for frequent flexing and dynamic applications.

Interbus Cable
The Interbus open ring topology allows integration of different field devices from control level down to sensor switches over one system. Unlike traditional ring systems Interbus uses one cable to route data back and forth to all devices. Each device or unit will amplify the signal before sending it on to the next station. The data is transmitted over a 3 pair screened cable. For remote applications a composite data and power cable is available.

- 3 pair or 3 pair + power
KNX Cable
The KNX cable from FS Cables (also known as TP1 cable) features two twisted pairs of solid conductor with a foil screen and tinned copper drain wire in a green LSHF jacket. It has been tested and certified as being suitable for use in KNX systems and bears the KNX logo.
- CPR-compliant up to Class Cca s1a, d1, a1
- Certified by the KNX Association
- PVC, LSZH, duct grade & armoured versions
- London Underground (LU) approved version
Modbus Cable
Developed by Modicon, Modbus provides a master/slave communication between intelligent automation devices. Based on Belden 9841, the Modbus cable has an increased jacket thickness to ensure a correct termination into the Modbus connectors.
CPR-Compliant options are available for this cable and are indicated in the product table. For the latest information on CPR for Cables, you can visit our dedicated CPR Explained web page. We have created a series of short CPR videos to break down all the significant areas and have updated our ‘CPR for Cables’ guide, available for you to download..

Pilz Safety Bus P Cable
Safety Bus p® is an open Fieldbus system based on well established CAN Bus technology. Safety Bus p® modules must be self monitoring, perform intelligent checks and react independently, therefore remaining ‘safe’. Several versions of Safety Bus p® cables are available depending on the application and environmental conditions.
