DeviceNet Thick Cable
Designed for use on Allen Bradley DeviceNet™ systems, the “thick” cable construction incorporates a power and data pair for backbone wiring. Several sheathing options are available for different installation environments. These cables are also referred to as DeviceNet™ Trunk cables.
Allen Bradley DeviceNet™ is a Rockwell Automation system supported by ODVA.

Construction – Static
Power Pair
Tinned copper conductors 15AWG (1.5mm² approx), PVC insulation, aluminium foil screen.
Data Pair
Tinned copper conductors 18AWG (0.75mm² approx), foamed PE insulation, aluminium foil screen.
Lay-Up
Pairs laid up with a common 18AWG (0.75mm² approx) tinned copper drain wire, overall tinned copper wire braid – 65% optical coverage, PVC or CPE sheath.

HF-120-C Screened Cable
Hi-Flex 120-C screened data cables are designed to last even in the most hostile chain or free movement applications. The HF-120-C copper braid screen protects the signal from EMI while the TPE insulation supports the highly flexible conductors. Abrasion is reduced to a minimum by using a polyurethane low friction sheath. For maximum life Hi-Flex Data cables should not be exposed to torsional stresses or twisting.
Hi-Flex HF-100 Unscreened Cable
Abrasion on cables that are constantly flexing is becoming a much more widespread problem. To overcome this, FS Cables have introduced the HF-100 range of polyurethane sheathed cables which will outlast conventional PVC sheathing.
