PUR Unscreened Spiral Cable
Belcable offers both signal and power versions of retractable spiral cables. The variations in conductor size, insulation and sheath materials are enormous. Having decided on the conductor size and the number of cores it is important to choose the insulation and sheath materials most suitable for the task. The retracted length of the spiral can be made to your requirements up to 5m.

All feature a PUR (Polyurethane) sheath for excellent resistance to chemicals and oils. These PUR spiral cables are very well suited for flexible robotic applications and machinery.
These cables are manufactured to order, to meet your needs precisely. You can specify tail lengths (the straights at either end). The standard length is at least 150mm and they can be supplied in line or at right angles to the coil. Delivery is normally around 2-3 weeks but please check when ordering.

HF-120 Unscreened Cable
Hi-Flex 120 data cables are designed to last even in the most hostile chain or free movement applications. Abrasion is reduced to a minimum by using a Polyurethane low friction sheath. For maximum life Hi-Flex Data cables should not be exposed to torsional stresses or twisting. Many sizes now available with UL approval.

Modbus Cable
Developed by Modicon, Modbus provides a master/slave communication between intelligent automation devices. Based on Belden 9841, the Modbus cable has an increased jacket thickness to ensure a correct termination into the Modbus connectors.
