Profibus DP Cable
A range of single pair Profibus cables for process and field communication in cell networks. The Profibus protocol is widely used for production and process automation applications providing transmission rates up to 12Mbits/sec.

The Profibus cable is an alternative to Belden 3079A and is available in PVC, PUR, FEP, (LSHF) low smoke halogen free, external duct grade or SWA (steel wire armoured) versions.

Construction
Static Cables
Plain copper conductors 0.64mm (22AWG), foamed PE with a hard skin insulation, synthetic bedding, aluminium foil screen & tinned copper wire braid – 60% optical coverage, thermoplastic or thermosetting sheath.
Dynamic Cables
Plain copper conductors 0.25mm² Foamed PE with a hard skin insulation, cores laid up with fillers and a polyester tape, aluminium foil screen & tinned copper wire braid – 60% optical coverage, polyurethane (PUR) sheath.

HF-120 Unscreened Cable
Hi-Flex 120 data cables are designed to last even in the most hostile chain or free movement applications. Abrasion is reduced to a minimum by using a Polyurethane low friction sheath. Modbus Cable
Developed by Modicon, Modbus provides a master/slave communication between intelligent automation devices. Based on Belden 9841, the Modbus cable has an increased jacket thickness to ensure a correct termination into the Modbus connectors.

PUR Screened Spiral Cable
Belcable offers both signal and power versions of retractable spiral cables. The variations in conductor size, insulation and sheath materials are enormous. Having decided on the conductor size and the number of cores it is important to choose the insulation and sheath materials most suitable for the task. The retracted length of the spiral can be made to your requirements up to 5m.
