The use of Cat 5E data cabling is now common place on ships and offshore installations. To meet the demands of the offshore industry our UV resistant & Oil resistant DNV- GL approved Category 5E cables are available from stock.
All options have an SHF1 sheath as standard and are suitable for use on yachts, boats and larger commercial ships. Both types are Low Smoke Halogen Free and flame retardant to IEC60332-3.
